How to use edible flowers for cakes?
To stick the small sugar flowers onto your fondant-covered cake, you'll need a little royal icing or edible glue. Place a little at the base of your flower and place it on the cake. That's it!
Is your flower too big and won't hold even with food-grade plastic? Then you can use a toothpick, stick it at the base of the flower and then stick the other end into the cake.
Don't forget to use sprinkles or sugar balls to add other decorations to your cake.
