What is burn away cake?
This new trend in cake design: the burn away cake, is very impressive! It is a cake covered with buttercream, often a vintage cake with different shapes of buttercream, on which a personalized sheet of wafer paper is placed, which is then burned!
This is an impressive trend because you literally set your cake design on fire.
Please note that burnt residue and burnt pieces of wafer paper must be removed from the cake before consuming it.
