Round stainless steel floating structure 15-10cm, Z-shaped foot

This round stainless steel structure with a Z-shaped foot is designed for wedding cakes and cake design.

It is ideal for giving a levitation effect to one layer of your cake in complete safety. It is also perfect for creating “gravity” cakes. Its Z-shaped foot allows for more extravagances than those with a straight foot.

This structure is reusable and can be used for many cake designs. Its stainless steel construction and two-point welding make it very solid, while remaining very affordable!

La structure est-elle destinée au contact alimentaire ?

OUI, l'inox dont est fait la structure est destinée au contact alimentaire. Vous pouvez sans problème la poser sur un wedding cake recouvert de crème ou de pâte à sucre. Vous pouvez aussi recouvrir la structure de pâte à sucre.

Comment la laver / la conserver ?

Pour le lavage, la structure passe sans problème au lave-vaisselle puisqu'elle ne contient pas de couche antiadhérente.

Concernant sa conservation, l'inox est une matière très robuste et qui ne rouille pas avec le temps. Néanmoins, nous vous conseillons de la stocker dans un endroit sec et si possible recouvert de papier bulle ou dans un carton, vous vous assurerez ainsi une conservation optimale.
