1. Fondre le chocolat au bain-marie.
2. Laissez tiédir.
3. Préparer la feuille de transfert sur une surface plane et versez le chocolat sur 2 mm d'épaisseur à l'aide d'une spatule.
4. Laissez reposer à température ambiante ou 5 minutes au congélateur, afin que le chocolat ne soit ni coulant ni durci.
À conserver dans l'emballage d'origine entre 16° et 20°C, à l'abri de la lumière et de l'humidité.
Ne pas toucher les motifs de la feuille avec les doigts avant le transfert.
