Description Renshaw Roll it Ivory Sugar Paste 2.5Kg
Using Renshaw Roll-It Sugar Paste 2.5KG.
This sugar paste can be used for two types of cake design tasks: cake covering and modeling.
For cake covering , it is used like a classic covering sugar paste.
Knead your Renshaw Roll it 2.5KG sugar paste to warm it up and make it more manageable.
On your work surface, sprinkle a little icing sugar, and flatten your sugar paste using a rolling pin until it reaches 2-4mm thick.
On your ready layer cake, place your flattened sugar paste using the rolling pin.
Then smooth the edges and remove any creases that the sugar paste may make with a sugar paste smoother .
For modeling decoration on cake design , you can use it as a classic modeling sugar paste, however, you will need to work it with CMC powder called tylose beforehand. 2 teaspoons for 500g of sugar paste are enough.
Knead the sugar paste to incorporate the CMC powder well, then let it rest for two hours. Then all you have to do is make the most magnificent models!
