How to properly inflate birthday balloons?

To inflate a balloon effectively, simply blow into it or use a balloon pump. You simply place the tip or your mouth on the lips of the birthday balloons and either blow or activate the pump. Do not inflate it until it bursts, then tie a knot at the base of the balloon so that no air escapes.

For aluminum birthday balloons, you simply need to inflate them using a small straw provided for this purpose.

You can also use helium to make your birthday balloons float in the air. Be careful here too not to inflate them too much, and especially not to inhale helium, it can be harmful to your health in large quantities.

Where should I throw away my birthday balloons and my helium bottle?

After the birthday, expel all the air from the balloon before throwing it in the household trash, the classic balloon cannot be recycled.

For birthday foil balloons it's different, they are reusable. If you want to keep them, you must deflate them, fold them carefully and store them in a place where they will not be crushed. Then simply inflate them with a pipette or a straw.

If your helium bottle still contains gas, close the valve and store it in a place away from heat and fire (it is a very flammable gas).

If it is empty, consider recycling. Take it to the sorting center nearest to you, making sure to empty the bottle beforehand.
