Russian nozzles for pastry are a very common type of nozzle , especially in cake design.
They are so called because they originate from Russian pastries. Russian nozzles allow you to create complex shapes on your pastries and cake designs without lifting your arm!
The Russian tips we sell allow you to create many complex shapes : flowers, swirls, sets of petals, roses and many more.
These nozzles are perfect for decorating with buttercream, enchanted cream or pastry cream, simply add a little coloring to your preparation to obtain shimmering colors.
Some Russian nozzles are used together and are complementary, in fact you can create flowers with the sunflower nozzle, then add the petals with the Russian leaf nozzle.
