We now offer you completely natural coloring!
But then what's the difference with a classic liquid food coloring ?
The difference lies in the fact that the ingredients used to make these dyes are completely natural. For the red for example we used beetroot, for the white color we used calcium carbonate powder, for the color paprika extract, you understand the principle! We use plants, minerals or other materials to produce them; they must be of natural origin, that’s the rule.
Why use natural food coloring?
The main advantage of this product is that it does not have chemical additives, in fact industrial dyes contain certain products which can be dangerous for health or cause undesirable effects with regular consumption and which last over time. time.
One of the other significant advantages is that this type of dye allows you to obtain very bright colors.
They are also appreciated because they do not alter the taste and they do not affect the consistency of your cake.
Finally, it is a more environmentally friendly product than traditional food colorings, fewer chemicals are used during its design (or none).
How to use it ?
It is used like any food coloring, whether in powder or gel or other form, the operation remains the same.
A few grams of coloring in your preparation is enough to give an intense color to your cake.
A tip for use however, certain natural colorings such as red change color depending on the baking, for example you will have a bright red before baking and a pinkish red when the cake comes out of the oven.
In general, we find the natural coloring in powder format, so we advise you to use it as a food powder or as a food paint , diluted with a little water and you will be able to play painter easily!
