Chocolate transfer sheets are a must-have for chocolate makers! They instantly transform your creations into truly fine chocolates. Our edible transfer sheets in Christmas colours and patterns will undoubtedly add a personalised and elegant decorative touch to your chocolates. They are also ideal for creating chocolate bar or Yule log decorations!

How to Use the Chocolate Transfer Sheet
- Prepare your work surface: place the chocolate transfer sheet on a flat, slightly damp surface.
- Pour the melted chocolate over it, evenly to a thickness of 2mm. Spread it with a spatula and make sure it remains even in thickness.
- Let it crystallise at room temperature. You can also freeze your chocolate bar very quickly (5 min max), but make sure you can monitor the time as this could cause the chocolate to shock.
- Use round or square cookie cutters depending on the shape of the chocolates you want. For chocolate slabs to decorate your cakes, use a ruler to ensure your pieces are straight and even.
- Use a variety of chocolates (dark, milk, or white) to test the designs. The clean, neat result will always be different depending on the colour! With the same edible transfer sheet, you will have plenty of possibilities for chocolate decorations!
