How to use the silicone mold?

- Before filling the silicone mold with your preparation, it must be very clean and dry. If this is your first time using it, wash it before using it with a little hot water and dishwashing liquid.

- When filling the mold with batter, be careful not to fill it to the brim, as the cake will actually expand during baking. This way your cake will not overflow.

- When you put your silicone mold in the oven, place it on a baking tray so that it is stable.

- To make it easier to unmold the silicone mold, spray release spray or butter the mold before pouring the dough. Once the cake is cooked, turn the silicone mold onto a flat surface and gently press the bottom of the mold to unmold the cake. Note that it is not obligatory to use butter or other fat in a silicone mold because it is already non-stick.

Are the silicone molds dishwasher safe?

The silicone molds are dishwasher and oven safe! The material allows it to withstand both high and low temperatures. The silicone mold is the guarantee of a baking utensil that lasts.

Why is my silicone mold sticking?

Why is my silicone mold turning white?

Don't panic, it's definitely not mold! White marks on silicone molds are often grease releases. In fact, the micro-cell composition of the molds rejects the fat from your preparations. If they are poorly washed, these traces of grease settle in and this is what creates the white marks. So be sure to maintain them well!

How to maintain your silicone mold?

The best way to preserve a silicone mold for a long time is to pamper it!

You have several ways to wash it for this:

- By hand with a little lukewarm water, dishwashing liquid and a non-scratching sponge.

- To sterilize it and dry it well, put it in the oven at 100°C for 2 minutes.

- The dishwasher can also be used for the silicone mold, but read the instructions carefully, some brands do not support this washing method.
