Covering sugar paste

The "covering" sugar paste is, as its name suggests, designed to cover each layer of your cake with a bright white, or colors if you have previously colored it with food coloring .

Its special recipe allows you to completely cover your cake designs with a paste that does not crack, blister or split , a great ally when you know that classic sugar paste can quickly tear if it is spread too thin. When covering a cake, the covering paste is often spread to a thickness of 2mm.
