Description Dubai Chocolate Mold

  1. Preparation : Pour a thin layer of tempered chocolate into the mold to form the shell.

  2. Filling : Add your favorite filling ( pistachio paste , kadaïf paste, dry fruits, etc.) leaving a space for closing.

  3. Closing : Cover the filling with a second layer of chocolate to seal the bar.

  4. Cooling : Place the mold in the refrigerator until the chocolate is completely solidified.

  5. Unmolding : Carefully unmold the tablet by pressing lightly on the bottom of the mold.

This mold is also suitable for making personalized chocolate bars, whether to give as a gift or to enjoy.
