This almond paste has an almond/sugar ratio of 80/20.

FunCakes' blue rolling marzipan is delicious and easy to work with thanks to its softness and flexibility. It comes in 250g loaves; once spread on your cake, it will remain firm and have a beautiful, fine texture.

To cover a 25 cm diameter cake, you need about 500 g of almond paste.
