Funcakes yellow almond paste 250 gr

This almond paste has an almond/sugar ratio of 80/20.

FunCakes' yellow marzipan is ideal for spreading on your cake designs. Its delicious almond flavor will be a valuable asset in the final result of your cake. This marzipan is very easy to work with thanks to its softness and flexibility.

It is sold in 250g loaves. To cover a 25cm diameter cake, you need around 500g of almond paste, so order two loaves.

It will remain firm and have a lovely fine texture, its beautiful yellow colour makes it ideal for themed cakes, such as sun-shaped cakes, on titeuf, or even for an Easter cake !
