SilkyTop white fondant icing is used to make pastry desserts such as éclairs, religieuses, millefeuilles or to ice decorations and subjects.
Work it with a spatula, you can color it with gel food coloring or add food flavoring for even more flavor.

Place the fondant under a stream of hot water or in the microwave for 5-10 seconds (defrost mode) to soften it; do not boil!
Pour the warm fondant in a circle from the center outwards to cover evenly, in thin layers; smooth immediately with a pastry spatula .
Allow the icing to set for 10–15 minutes before decorating with sprinkles or other sugar decorations.
