For a filling: Mix the Dark Chocolate Ganache with an electric mixer, you will obtain a light and airy whipped ganache to work with a piping bag

For a cake topping: Heat the ganache in a bain-marie until the desired consistency is obtained / reheat in the microwave: 1 minute at 340W.
