Glue for pastry 60 gr PME
PME food glue is used to glue different elements made of marzipan/sugar paste.
This 60g pot of edible glue from the PME brand, also called edible glue, is essential if you work with sugar paste during your long hours of cake design preparation.
For example, you can attach edible decorations to a cake, such as sugar paste models, subjects and decorations made of sugar or chocolate.
To use it best, use a fine kitchen brush to apply the glue to the marzipan or sugar paste.
The 60 gram jar can be closed using the lid.
Store the glue away from light and in a cool, dry place.
