To place it, we recommend preparing a 20cm diametre round cake. Cover it with black or white sugar paste, then place the edible photo on top once the surface is completely dry. You can also use buttercream. However, in this case, add the sugar sheet at the last minute to prevent the decoration from being damaged. Finally, pipe cream around the personalised sugar disc to hide the gap between the edge of the cake and the photo.
