12 ghost sugar disc

How to remove the ghost sugar circles from the backing:

1/ Place the Halloween cupcake disks (with the plastic packaging) in the freezer for 2 to 3 minutes and more if necessary to cause a thermal shock.

2/Then all you have to do is carefully remove them from their support.

How to place them on your cupcakes?

1/ Form a very thin disc of 5cm in diameter with sugar paste. To do this you can use a cookie cutter of the right size.

2/ Using a brush and water, VERY lightly moisten the part of the sugar paste that will receive the edible impression.

3/ Place the edible print on the sugar paste 2 to 3 hours before tasting.

NB : You can also place the ghost sugar discs directly on buttercream or a chocolate cake , provided the surface is not hot or too wet.

IMPORTANT : Do not use a knife, spatula, fingernail or any other object to remove the food print from its support as this may damage it.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE : To prevent the photo from melting, it is advisable to place it on a smooth, dry surface such as sugar paste or almond paste.

STORAGE ADVICE : In a dry place, at room temperature, ideally in a cupboard away from light and humidity.
