Personalised A4 edible print for construction themed cake

1) Place the edible construction site photo in its plastic wrapper in the freezer for 2 to 3 minutes. This creates a thermal shock.

2) Lightly dampen the surface of your rectangular cake with a brush and water.

3) Remove the photo from the freezer, then from its wrapper. Roll the backing sheet along the edge of a table to easily remove the edible part.

4) Place it on the cake 2 to 3 hours before serving.

IMPORTANT: Do not use a knife, spatula, fingernail, or any other object to remove the edible print from its backing, as this may damage it.

TIP: To prevent the photo from melting, place it on a smooth, dry surface. Use, for example, fondant or marzipan.

STORAGE ADVICE: Store in a dry place at room temperature, ideally in a cupboard away from light and humidity. Maximum 4 to 6 months.
