Delicious Silkytop strawberry buttercream mix in a 300g bag.
This cream is used for:
- the filling of a cake, both in traditional pastry and in Cake design
- topping the cupcakes using a piping bag
- the filling of a log or small pastries
- the desserts.
This filling is also suitable for sugar paste cakes.

Description Strawberry butter cream mix 300 gr
300 grams of buttercream mix makes the topping for approximately 24 cupcakes.
1) For a soft and light buttercream:
Put 150g of powder, 150g of milk (or 150g of water) and 180g of unsalted butter at room temperature in a bowl.
Mix for 1 minute at low speed. Beat for 5-7 minutes at full speed.
2) For a denser consistency:
Place 210g of powder, 90g of milk (or water) and 180g of unsalted butter at room temperature in a bowl.
Mix for 1 minute at low speed. Beat for 5-7 minutes at full speed.
