Personalised edible photo for a handball cake - Ø20 cm

1. Place the backing sheet with the sugar print in its plastic wrap and freeze for 2 to 3 minutes, or longer if necessary, to create a thermal shock.

2. Using a brush and water, lightly moisten the part of the cake that will receive the edible print. Do not moisten the image directly!

3. Remove the plastic wrap and roll the backing sheet along the edge of a table or work surface to peel off the edible part.

4. Place the edible print on the cake 2 to 3 hours before serving.

If your cake is covered with buttercream frosting, wait until the last minute to place the edible print on top.

IMPORTANT: Do not use a knife, spatula, fingernail, or any other object to remove the edible print from its backing, as this may damage it.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: To prevent the photo from melting, it is recommended to apply it to a smooth, dry surface such as sugar paste or marzipan.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Store in a dry place at room temperature, ideally in a cupboard away from light and humidity. Do not refrigerate the edible photo.
