Description Silicone brick mold

It is oven and microwave safe and resistant to low temperatures down to minus twenty degrees.

Instructions for use of the Scrap Cooking silicone brick mold :

1. Prepare the sponge cake with 175g of sponge cake mix , 2 eggs and 33g of water.

2. Divide the dough for the different dyes.

3. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C. Once cooked, leave to cool.

4. Whip 125 g of mascarpone and 12 cl of liquid cream, before adding the icing sugar.

5. Top each cake with cream and decorate with sprinkles for extra fun.
