Cocoa butter-based food coloring in a spray can to spray on your cakes.
It will give a velvet effect to your desserts, logs, and small iced cakes.
Your dessert must be frozen and taken out of the freezer just before spraying it with the spray.

- Leave the bottle of velvet spray at room temperature (approx. 25°C) for at least 2 hours before using it.
- Remove the spray cake from the freezer
- Shake the spray well
- spray your cake from a distance of about 25/30 cm.
- Let the cake rest for at least 4 hours before eating and before decorating your cake with Christmas log decorations .

POUR USAGE PROFESSIONNEL UNIQUEMENT.
- Laisser la bouteille de spray velours à température ambiante (env. 25°C) pendant au moins 2h avant son utilisation
- Sortir le gâteau à vaporiser du congélateur
- Bien agiter le spray
- vaporiser votre gâteau à une distance d'environ 25/30 cm.
- Laisser reposer le gâteau pendant au moins 4h avant consommation.
