Transparent and shiny pastry ribbon also called rhodoid, made of acetate.

Ideal for lining the outline of your pastry circles for making mousses, desserts, Bavarians, charlottes, etc.

It allows easy and quick unstrapping.

Easy to cut to desired size using a scissor.

Suitable for the freezer, not suitable for the oven.
