Brigids cake room cake smoothing kit

The Brigids Cake Room Chocolate Cake Kit will save you valuable time in achieving a tall, smooth chocolate cake!

The kit is available in three sizes : 12.70 cm, 17.80 cm, 20.30 cm.

The mold is not sold with the kit but don't worry, you will find a multitude of cake molds on our site.

It’s no secret that unmolding chocolate cakes is the part that everyone dreads. Between cracks and bumps, it’s no easy feat. So take the hassle out of trying to remove your chocolate biscuit cake from your tin with the Brigids cake room kit !

The Kit includes:

- 1 guided lining 17.8 cm high

- A reusable non-stick flexible disc to line the bottom of your mold

- A “clipit” utensil to secure the overlap of the lining, it is similar to a clamp.

An innovation that is similar to frost form kits , but with a more reasonable price, the quality is unchanged!

In addition to being reusable, each liner is made from food grade plastic and is BPA FREE in accordance with FCC-Europe.

How to use the Brigids cake room Chocolate Cake Kit?

- Place the non-stick sheet in the bottom of your cake mold.

- Place the liner into your cake pan, making sure it is flush with the pan.

- Secure where the two ends of the lining overlap.

- Once your mixture is ready, start filling the mold to the desired height. Using the back of a spoon, smooth and flatten the top.

- Place your cake in the refrigerator preferably overnight.

- Once it is set, turn it over and remove the mold

- Turn the cake over and unclip the safety clip and carefully remove the liner.

There you have it, your cake is ready, all you have to do is decorate it with buttercream for example.
