Glaçage blanc pour topping FunCakes

FunCakes white frosting is a ready-to-use icing that gives a professional finish to your creations. It requires no preparation time, saving you a lot of time!

It should only be used on the flat surface of your cakes, when they are cold. If you wish to cover the entire pastry, you will need to use a mirror glaze instead.

Mix it together, then use an icing spatula to apply it to your entremets, bavarois, or festive desserts. It will give them a lovely smooth, snow-white finish. It pairs well with many flavors: red berries, strawberries, raspberries, lemon...

You can even coat your fresh fruit directly with it.
