It is a very firm icing which hardens completely, it is used to create decorations with a piping bag, to cover biscuits, shortbread or even to write texts, draw flowers or as edible glue.
This icing can be colored with gel food coloring.

Mélanger 60 ml d'eau avec 500 g de préparation, battez doucement la mixture pendant 7 à 10 minutes jusqu'à ce que le glaçage soit bien blanc et ne brille plus.
