Description Ready-to-use caramel ganache

Instructions for using SilkyTop ready-to-use caramel ganache.

For your cake fillings: Mix the ganache with an electric mixer, you will obtain a light and airy whipped ganache to work it with a piping bag, ideal for decorating your cupcakes.

For a cake topping : Heat the ganache in a bain-marie until the desired consistency is obtained / reheat in the microwave: 1 minute at 340W.
