Tips for using the high-rise PME mold:

It is recommended to wash this mold by hand, with lukewarm water and a little soap.

For risk-free release, you can use a release spray.

For a well-baked cake core, you can place baking strips around the PME mold during baking.

Cake designers use this mold to obtain a straight cake base ready to receive the ganache, to obtain straight edges, smoothing is done with ganache discs.
