Fouettez 250 ml de crème liquide jusqu’à obtenir une texture homogène.

Mélangez 50 g de mix bavarois avec 60 ml d’eau tiède et incorporez délicatement la mixture à la crème fouettée.

Utilisez la bavaroise directement pour un gâteau ou dessert, puis laissez raffermir au réfrigérateur pendant 1 heure.

Convient à la congélation.
