Description Sublime silicone entremets mould

The Sublime silicone mould from Pavoni Italia is a professional mold designed for creating entremets, modern cakes, and elegant frozen desserts. With its innovative design, it allows you to make stunning creations, perfect for pastry shop displays or special occasions.

Made from high-quality platinum silicone, this mould makes unmolding desserts easy, regardless of their texture. It is suitable for both baked preparations and frozen mousses and bavarois, and can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to +250°C.

Depending on your recipe, you can apply a velvet spray to the dessert for an even more refined finish. A pretty glaze and a few light decorations will also do the trick, for example.
