Instructions for use:

  • Choose a yule log base that is slightly longer than your cake to allow for easy handling without touching the cake.
  • If the bottom of the Christmas cake is moist (cream, icing)use a thin cling film before placing it on the base.
  • Gently put your covered dessert (icing, velvet spray, or ganache) on the base. This will help keep the base and decoration of your Yule log safe.
