Description Yule log presentation tray

Instructions for use for the transparent log tray:

This tray made in France is a must-have for serving your Christmas log to your guests, with a simple and refined design it enhances your dessert without obliterating it.

To use it is simple, you must first clean it , even if it is new, to do this, use a little soap and a non-abrasive sponge.

Once dry, place the Yule log on top of the acrylic tray, center the dessert well and wipe off any traces of material that may have settled on it.

Tip : To keep the log from moving, put a little buttercream in the center of the tray before placing your dessert!

You can decorate your log directly on top with Christmas log decorations , it is also possible to place sugar or other objects on the tray to complete the decoration.

Warning : Do not cut your log on the board, it may get scratched or even break!

You can, however, place the log slices on the tray for serving.

Once used, wash the tray well and store it away from shocks or potential scratches. Ideally, between the pages of a cookbook or in its original packaging!
