What if your Christmas log cake became an enchanted village?

Prepare a light white chocolate and vanilla mousse, topped with a red fruit insert for a touch of tartness. Then, create your chocolate decoration using this silicone mold. Once the chocolate has poured and crystallized, use an offset spatula to gently smooth the surface. To aid crystallization, it's common practice to use a chilling spray. Apply a red polishing spray for a glossy, festive finish.

Arrange your chocolate plaques on either side of the Yule log, then add eight ruby chocolate balls to complete the decoration. The combination of white, red, and pink hues creates a harmonious and refined whole, like a small fairy-tale village nestled on your festive dessert!
