1/ Put the baking sheet with the edible print in plastic wrap. Freeze it for 2 to 3 minutes, or longer if needed, to create a thermal shock.

2/ Using a brush and water, lightly moisten the part of the cake that will receive the edible print.

3/ Remove the plastic wrap. Then, roll the baking sheet along the edge of a table or work surface. This will help you peel off the edible decorations.

4/ Place the edible sugar sheets on the cupcakes 2 to 3 hours before serving.

IMPORTANT: Do not use a knife, spatula, fingernail or any other object to peel the edible print from its backing. It may damage it.

TIP: to prevent the edible images from melting, it si recommended to apply them to a smooth, dry surface such as sugar paste or marzipan.

HOW TO STORE: store in a dry place at room temperature, ideally in a cupboard away from light and humidity.
