It allows you to make perfect meringues effortlessly, airy meringues that you can easily color with food coloring .

It is sold in a resealable 800g jar, you get 1 liter of meringue preparation for 100g of powder.

Use this meringue powder to make: icing, meringues, or drip cake drips.

Description Meringue powder 800 gr Silkytop

Instructions and dosage for the meringue:

Dissolve 100g of meringue powder in 1 liter of water.

Beat the mixture with a mixer at high speed until you obtain a smooth foam.

Make a small ball sugar syrup by melting 3 kg of sugar in 1 liter of water.

Reduce the speed of the mixer then add the sugar syrup.

Preheat the oven to 120°C and place the meringues on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes.
