Silikomart flower chocolate mold

The Silikomart flower silicone mold is designed to make flower-shaped chocolates , perfect for special occasions like Easter or spring events. Vary the shapes to offer by using other molds like the 3D Easter egg mold .

Made from high-quality Platinum silicone, it is durable and guarantees easy demolding without altering the details of your creations. This mold withstands temperatures ranging from -60°C to +230°C, making it suitable for both cold and hot preparations. Consisting of 8 cavities, it is ideal for making individual chocolates or petits fours.

Description Silikomart flower chocolate mold

Directions for use:

  • Before first use, wash the mold in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
  • To obtain shiny and crunchy chocolates, it is recommended to temper with couverture chocolate before pouring it into the mold.
  • Pour the melted chocolate into the cavities, making sure to remove any air bubbles. Lightly tap the mold on the work surface.
  • Let the chocolate harden at room temperature or place the mold in the refrigerator to speed up the process.
  • Carefully unmold, pressing lightly on the bottom of the cavities to release the chocolates without breaking them.
