Customizable Safari Cake Outline

To place your personalized safari cake outline, there is a technique that will depend on the filling of your cake design.

Your cake is made of sugar paste or almond paste: With a brush and water, VERY lightly moisten the part of the cake that will receive the cake outline. If you moisten the cake too much, the impression will run or even disintegrate.

NB: NEVER MOISTEN THE CAKE OUTLINE PRINT

IMPORTANT STEP : Place the support sheet with the sugar print in its plastic packaging for 4 to 5 minutes in the freezer and more if necessary to cause a thermal shock.

- Remove the plastic packaging and roll the backing sheet on the edge of a table or work surface to remove the edible part.

- Place the cake outlines on the cake design.

Is your cake covered in buttercream?: Place the support sheet with the sugar print in its plastic packaging for 4 to 5 minutes in the freezer and more if necessary to cause a thermal shock.

- Remove the plastic packaging and roll the backing sheet on the edge of a table or work surface to remove the edible part.

NB: WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MOMENT TO PLACE THE PRINT ON THE CAKE at the risk of damaging the photo.

IMPORTANT: Do not use a knife, spatula, fingernail or any other object to remove the food print from its support as this may damage it.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE : To prevent the photo from melting, it is advisable to place it on a smooth, dry surface such as sugar paste or almond paste.

STORAGE ADVICE: In a dry place, at room temperature, ideally in a cupboard away from light and humidity.
