A 100% edible cake decorating kit with a superheroine theme

Our Girl Bug cake decorating kit is inspired by the world of a famous ladybug heroine. It allows you to easily prepare a birthday cake while giving it a polished finish. Practical and convenient, it requires no cake decorating skills and even saves you time on decorating.

It includes a personalized 20cm round photo. This is placed in a frame inspired by the costume of the heroine Ladybug, which also includes the silhouette of the Eiffel Tower. The Eiffel Tower also appears on the cake border included in the decorating kit.

A quick way to make a themed cake

To use this kit, which includes a sugar sheet for a round cake and three edible decorative strips , prepare a tall cake. For example, a layer cake with a plain sponge and a strawberry or mixed berry filling. Cover it with red fondant, then place the Girl Bug sugar disc on top. Apply the three decorative strips around the edge of the cake, and it's ready!

1. Place the backing sheet with the sugar print in its plastic wrap and freeze for 2 to 3 minutes, or longer if necessary, to create a thermal shock.

2. Remove the plastic wrap and roll the backing sheet along the edge of a table or work surface to detach the edible part.

3. If you want to place this edible print on a cake covered with fondant, very lightly dampen the area where it will be placed. Never dampen the edible image directly. Place it on the cake approximately 2 to 3 hours before serving. If you want to place it on a cake covered with buttercream frosting, place it only 10 minutes beforehand to avoid damaging it.


IMPORTANT: Do not use a knife, spatula, fingernail, or any other object to detach the edible print from its backing, as this may damage it.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: To prevent the photo from melting, it is recommended to apply it to a smooth, dry surface such as sugar paste or marzipan.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Store for a maximum of 4 to 6 months in a cupboard, in a dry place away from light and humidity. Do not refrigerate the edible photo.
