Edible silver leaf 8x8 cm

Azucren's edible silver leaf is a food cake decoration designed to enhance your desserts.

It gives them a realistic metallic finish and a very elegant shine. It's ideal for decorating your wedding cakes, holiday cakes, or any other high-end pastry creation. You can also use it to decorate your chocolates or delicate cookies.

Silver leaf is extremely delicate to handle. It is thin and can tear easily. Therefore, we advise you to handle it with fine tweezers. Place it on the smooth surface of your cake ( sugar paste , ganache) and then gently apply it with a soft brush.

You can of course cut them out beforehand, if you only want to add a few sparkling silver decorative touches to your cake.

Description Edible silver leaf 8x8 cm

Instructions for use :

  • Make sure your icing is firm to prevent the silver leaf from wrinkling when you apply it.
  • Cut out small silver fragments to create patterns or metallic highlights, or use the entire silver sheet. The choice is yours.
  • We advise against using these edible leaves on very wet icing, such as whipped cream. This may alter their texture.
  • Keep them away from moisture and light in their original packaging to preserve them perfectly.
