Pâte aromatisante concentrée fruits de la passion

Saracino's passion fruit flavoring paste allows you to add a concentrated aroma of exotic fruits to your desserts.

It blends easily into your cake recipes : cupcake batter, sponge cakes, pastry cream. Mix it with your baking ingredients just before proceeding with the rest of your recipe. It can be used alongside real fruit, in which case use only a small amount as it is a very concentrated paste.

It is especially ideal for giving a pronounced flavor to your mousses, passion fruit bavarois, or frozen desserts.

You can combine it with Mango flavouring paste to make delicious mango passion fruit yule logs for Christmas.
