To measure LorAnn's pistachio food coloring, start with a drop. Its intensity can be surprising! In recipes like ganaches, ice creams, creams, sponge cakes, syrups, etc. Use green food coloring to visually evoke pistachios too!

For example, you can make an express pistachio and white chocolate cream.

Heat 200 ml of single cream. Add 100 g of chopped white chocolate and 2 drops of pistachio flavoring. Whisk until smooth. Serve warm or cold in glasses.
