Description Textured silicone mat for Christmas log cake with cocoa pod imprint

Create spectacular Yule logs with the pod imprint mat from Pavoni Italia!

Made from 100% food-grade platinum silicone, this textured mat reproduces the details of cocoa pods with incredible realism. It's perfect for creating a delicious chocolate dessert!

Compatible with the Pavoni KE012 yule log mould, it slides directly into it before adding your preparation.

Withstanding temperatures from -40°C to +230°C, it can be used in both the oven and the freezer. It is therefore suitable for frozen yule logs, modern mousse desserts, and also baked cakes.

Once you remove it from the freezer, your creation will unmold easily. It will reveal the clean, elegant patterns from the silicone mat. If you take it out of the oven, be sure to let your cake cool completely before removing it from the mold. The final result will be just as impressive as for an ice cream log!

This imprint mat is all you need to create a beautiful pastry. Just add two Yule log end caps to complete the decoration.

If you really want to add your personal touch, you can also apply a brown velvet spray or cocoa powder.
