Lemon fruit puree 1kg

The fruit puree has an intense lemon flavor thanks to its composition which includes 90% lemon and only 10% sugar. The fruits used are carefully selected and harvested when ripe to guarantee their quality. The recipe for this puree is all natural, using only lemons and a small amount of added sugar.

The gentle pasteurization method used during its manufacture preserves the taste and yellow color of the fruit.

Presented in rigid packaging with a resealable cap, this puree is easy to use and store.

Its versatility in cooking is remarkable, as it can be used in many preparations, including fruit mousses, bavarois, desserts, sorbets, ice creams, charlottes, fruit jellies, coulis, toppings as well as than in the creation of cocktails.
