Acrylic smoother for ganache - Size of your choice
Get perfect straight edges on your ganache covered cake.
This rectangular acrylic straightener allows you to smooth the ganache around the edge of the cake. Use this straightener in combination with the ganache discs for perfect smoothing before applying the sugar paste!
It exists in 4 different lengths (from 17 cm to 30 cm) to choose from the drop-down menu, width: 7/8 cm.
The thickness of the straightener is approximately 2/3 mm.
