Set of 2 transparent acrylic ganache trays for creating sublime straight edges on your cakes.
To achieve perfect smoothing, the ganache discs should be a little larger than your mold (between 0.7 and 1 cm), which corresponds to the thickness of the ganache.
This technique, specific to cake design, allows you to achieve perfection in covering cakes with sugar paste .
Some tips for using ganache discs:
For cakes with right angles, choose PME round molds .
For perfect and easy smoothing, use a rotating plate .
Can also be used as a presentation tray.
Store your ganache discs in bubble wrap or a cardboard envelope to avoid scratching them.

Conseil d'utilisation:
- appliquez la ganache sur votre gâteau
- positionnez le disque acrylique recouvert de film alimentaire dessus le gâteau
- retournez le gâteau et renouvelez l'opération en utilisant le second disque également recouvert de film alimentaire
- faites attention à bien centrer vos 2 disques
- appliquez la ganache sur les bords de votre gâteau à l'aide d'une spatule haute en prenant appui sur les 2 disques
- laisser durcir votre ganache en mettant votre gâteau au frigo (idéalement 1 nuit)
- enlever les 2 disques délicatement
