Transparent mirror glaze Piping 300 gr

A ready-to-use SilkyTop transparent mirror glaze in a 300g jar.

With this pot of clear mirror glaze, you can say goodbye to long and tedious preparations. Simply mix the glaze with 10% (of the mass used) water, stir, and you can cover all your decorations with a delicious clear glaze. It's the perfect ingredient for adding sparkle and shine to a cake without changing its color!

Ideal for topping your desserts, Yule logs, mousses, Bavarian creams, and many other preparations. You can also use it on shortbread biscuits for an extra glittery finish.

This gel can also be used as a Piping gel.

Description Transparent mirror glaze Piping 300 gr

Using transparent mirror glaze

- Dilute 300g of icing with 30g of water

- Then heat it in a bain-marie to around 50°C, stirring regularly.

- And there you have it, place your transparent icing directly on the cake to be covered.

Very fast drying.
