12 Safari Explorer Mini Sugar Discs

To place these 12 mini safari sugar discs on your cupcakes , there is a fairly simple technique that we detail below:

IMPORTANT STEP to remove the sugar discs : Place the support sheet with the sugar print in its plastic packaging for 4 to 5 minutes in the freezer and more if necessary to cause a thermal shock.

- Remove the plastic packaging and roll the backing sheet on the edge of a table or work surface to remove the edible part.

- Place the cake outlines on the cake design.

Your cupcake is covered with buttercream or icing: Take a little sugar paste , roll it out very thinly and cut out a 5cm diameter circle with a round cookie cutter . Moisten the sugar paste very lightly with a brush and place the sugar disc on top, repeat the operation with the 12 sugar discs and place them on the buttercream!

NB: NEVER MOISTURE the 12 safari sugar discs!

NB: WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MOMENT TO PLACE THE PRINT ON THE CAKE at the risk of damaging the photo.

IMPORTANT: Do not use a knife, spatula, fingernail or any other object to remove the food print from its support as this may damage it.
