Description Lemon silicone mould for sugar paste modeling

Create stunning summer cakes or Amalfi cakes with this silicone lemon mould by Katy Sue.

With this tool, you can create three edible decorations: a half, a quarter, and a slice of lemon. It is suitable for modeling sugar paste, but you can also use it with chocolate or isomalt. If you're organising creative workshops, you can even make resin lemons!

Made of food-grade silicone, this mould realistically reproduces the details of a sliced lemon. It allows you to quickly mould your creations and unmold them without deforming or breaking them.

It is dishwasher and oven safe, withstanding temperatures up to 200°C.
